Pregnancy outcomes in women with moderate and severe aortic stenosis

Background: Aortic stenosis (AS) is one of the degenerative heart lesions mainly resulting from congenital defects and rheumatic diseases. This study aimed to determine maternal fetal outcomes in pregnant women with moderate severe AS. Methods: The clinical data 26 AS treated between 2007 2019 Beijing Anzhen Hospital were collected retrospectively analyzed. Results: was diagnosed before pregnancy or after 16 (61.5%) 10 (38.5%) patients, respectively.
